Refund policy
Make your payment on the website or by phone to secure your trip's date.
You must cancel your trip 7 days or more before the scheduled date to receive a 100% refund. Please allow time for processing.
There is a 50% refund policy on trips that are canceled within 3 to 6 days of a trip's date.
Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 100% unless cancelled by the Captain.
You will be charged 100% of the chartered trip if there is a no-call - no-show situation.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund on sale items or gift certificates.
Rescheduling
Please reschedule within seven days. See refund policy above.
All no-call no-shows within the 3-day time frame of the cancellation policy will not be rescheduled.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have reviewed your cancellation and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
